OMG awesome fitness calculators!09 Nov

Hey all — so the trainer at my gym (luvya Kara) pointed me towards these excellent fitness calculators:

Right now my goal is to burn 350 calories 3x per week with a good circuit training routine. I’m experimenting with routines right now.

Anybody got any suggestions? Routines you’ve used and loved yourselves? Websites you can recommend?
